The AvaStar is the only professional online newspaper written for and by the residents of Second Life, There, Kaneva, Entropia Universe and other virtual worlds.
The AvaStar covers the latest in-world news, business, entertainment, fashion and travel and acts as a comprehensive guide to the diverse and ever-expanding metaverse.
The AvaStar is almost completely user-generated, with teams of embedded citizen journalists working alongside an editorial team based in Berlin, bringing their expertise and knowledge to uncover the best stories from within virtual worlds. The AvaStar also thrives on the story leads, pictures, videos and lively input of its readers.
The main editorial offices are incorporated in The AvaStar's stunning and futuristic publishing house located on AvaStar Island in Second Life. Further editorial offices will be opening soon in other virtual worlds.
